World's largest light, sound, multimedia event to make international debut in Singapore
The world's largest light, sound and multimedia event - illumi - is making its international debut in Singapore on Sep 13. Hailing from Canada, it will be located beside Marina Bay Sands at the Bayfront Event Space from Sep 13. Twenty million LED lights span a 47-metre-tall tree, as well as nine themed landscapes that are a visual sight and interactive - which organisers say is safe to do so as the power used is one-ninth of usual displays.
