Singapore urges ASEAN to strengthen partnerships with other countries

Singapore Prime Minister Lawrence Wong is urging ASEAN to strengthen partnerships with other countries amid a changing geopolitical landscape. Mr Wong says more needs to be done to chart a more ambitious agenda for the bloc ahead. This is even with ASEAN making progress in several agreements to boost trade within the region and with other partners. Rebecca Metteo has more from the ASEAN Summit held in Kuala Lumpur.
