South Korean Prime Minister Han Duck-soo was reinstated as acting president after the Constitutional Court dismissed an impeachment motion against him on Mar 24. The court has yet to rule on President Yoon Suk Yeol's impeachment case over his martial law declaration last year. Mr Yoon is also facing a criminal trial over insurrection charges, with formal hearings set to begin on Apr 14. CNA's senior correspondent Lim Yun Suk has more.
