Rainforest Wild Asia opens in Mandai, targeting 900,000 visitors in its first year

About 8,000 visitors are expected to visit Mandai's newest wildlife park from today to the weekend. Rainforest Wild Asia is targeting to welcome 900,000 guests in its first year. The park is designed for chance encounters with the animals, while also being a hotspot for activities like a 20m canopy jump. Plans are already afoot to vary its exhibits, with new additions as early as next month. More than 75% of Rainforest Wild Asia's species are threatened in the wild. Nasyrah Rohim reports.
