A plan to manage the pigeon population will be extended to three more town councils. From June, it will be rolled out to Jalan Besar, Marsiling-Yew Tee and Nee Soon. Last July's pilot programme at three other town councils — Bishan-Toa Payoh, Ang Mo Kio and Tanjong Pagar — reduced the number of pigeons in those areas by around 50%. Sabrina Ng reports.
