A survey has shown only about one in 10 women in Singapore are aware that heart disease is the top killer of women here. The latest survey by the Singapore Heart Foundation drew responses from around 1,000 women. Many of them believe heart disease mainly affects men and that breast cancer takes most women's lives. But heart disease is up to six times more fatal.
