Majority of Singapore youths satisfied with life: Study
Young people in Singapore might not be the "strawberry generation" they have been perceived to be - soft, easily bruised and pessimistic. New research finds them largely satisfied with life, with more of them bouncing back from the COVID-19 pandemic with resilience. This is based on a six-year study by the Institute of Policy Studies and the National Youth Council. The Institute of Policy Studies and the National Youth Council surveyed more than 3,000 young Singaporeans aged 17 to 24 over a six-year period ended 2022. They found that nearly two of three respondents remained satisfied with their lives.
