Singapore's former transport minister S Iswaran was charged in court on Thursday (Jan 18), months after a corruption probe into him was made public. He pleaded not guilty to all 27 charges, many linked to accusations that he received items and experiences worth more than S$384,000 (US$285,000) from billionaire hotelier Ong Beng Seng, from as early as 2015. Iswaran says he is innocent and says he will focus on clearing his name.
