India's election commission seeks responses to complaints against PM Modi, Rahul Gandhi

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the country's main opposition party leader Rahul Gandhi are facing some tough questions from the election commission. Both the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Indian National Congress have made allegations about the other of causing hatred and division. This comes as India moves to its second phase of balloting tomorrow, in a staggered general election that ends on 1 June.
