Negotiations are in full swing in New Delhi among India's top political names, as opposing alliances meet to discuss government formation plans. Contrary to exit poll predictions, the governing Bharatiya Janata Party failed to secure enough seats for a majority in the elections, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi will now need support from other parties to form the next government.
