HDB "white flats" may take longer to sell in resale market: Analysts
People applying for a new type of Singapore public housing called "white flats" might be able to sell more quickly in future, if they build bedrooms in traditional flat layouts. Property analysts say the mass market of resale buyers are unlikely to accept peculiar designs or have the time to put up new walls.
