On the sidelines of the Shangri-La Dialogue, members of the Five Power Defence Arrangements (FPDA) -- Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand and the UK -- have pledged to use next-generation capabilities in future joint military exercises to deal with evolving threats.
