Visitors to West Coast Park can now look forward to a new community urban farm, the first to be in a public park. They can take part in gardening and nature-related activities. Run by social enterprise City Sprouts, there are also programmes for seniors and those with special needs. Plans to develop something similar in the east are also taking root. Rachel Teng reports.
