Critical for SAF to be innovative, have teams that behave like start-ups: Ng Eng Hen

Defence Minister Ng Eng Hen says it is critical for the Singapore Armed Forces to have innovative structures, or teams in place, that behave like start-ups. Addressing winners at the Defence Technology Prize award ceremony, he says that with technological cycles becoming shorter, rapid innovation is needed to keep pace with change, even if it may not always lead to success.
