Budget 2025: S$300m set aside for SG Culture Pass; programmes need locals in key roles
S$300 million has been set aside for the new culture credit initiative, which was announced at Budget 2025. The credit is so that Singaporeans can spend on arts and heritage programmes, over the next three years. For programmes to be eligible, Citizens or Permanent Residents have to play key roles in planning, production and presentation.
