Belgium, Luxembourg aligned with Singapore in resolve to stay relevant: President Tharman

Wrapping up his week-long trip to Belgium and Luxembourg, President Tharman Shanmugaratnam says both countries are aligned with Singapore in the resolve to stay relevant on the world stage, especially amidst uncertainty.
