More Gen Z workers are making public videos of themselves getting fired or resigning, inspiring a phenomenon called Quit Tok. What's driving them and how can companies better manage a younger generation that thrives on authenticity?

Rachele Focardi on why Gen Zs are posting videos of themselves getting fired:
(They want) transparency and authenticity. So going out on social media, posting their experience ... really aligns with their desire to be genuine and open about what they face and let the world see them for ... who they are.
Rachele on what drives Gen Z behaviour:
(Gen Zs) have a lot of pressure to make things right. They really feel that the older generations have failed them and have failed to provide a world where they can be proud to live ... and they find the world right now way too segregated.
Rachele on how employers should manage Gen Zs better:
(Employers) need to have empathy and to have the ability to not take things personally ... they need to start to realise that they're not working with resources, they're working with people.
