It is that little voice in your head shouting that you are not good enough for the job or that someone will soon figure out you are a fraud. How do you overcome imposter syndrome and how can bosses set their staff up for success when they are new to the job role?

Yasmine Khater, founder of Sales Story Method, explains how she has learnt to silence that voice.

Yasmine Khater on types of people where imposter complex shows up more: 
According to the research, (imposter syndrome is more common among) minorities ... someone who is in a new role ... And if you look at personality, people who (think things must be) perfect or (is) an overachiever. That's when the voice is super loud.
Yasmine on how companies can help staff who are suffering from imposter syndrome:
People (often) think they have to get it right the first time, but with so much disruption in the workplace today ... organisations should instead be normalising the learning. And then (accepting that) learning also comes with failing.
