Picture your child stepping into school, eager for a day of learning in a state-of-the-art classroom designed for collaboration and engagement. The teacher begins with an invigorating lesson, using visuals on a 75-inch interactive TV with touchscreen capabilities. Students engage in spirited discussions, effortlessly sharing insights on the smartboard.
In this dynamic environment, your child not only excels academically but also develops social and emotional resilience to navigate life’s challenges.
This forward-thinking approach is a reality at the Digital Campus of One World International School (OWIS), the school’s newest premises in Punggol. Renowned for holistic education and values-based learning, OWIS understands today’s digital-native generation. The new campus is designed to cultivate engaging learning experiences, preparing students for the future.
CULTIVATING SKILLS OF THE FUTURE

As a progressive international school, OWIS prioritises inquiry-led, collaborative learning to instil critical future-ready skills in its students.
This approach, aided by innovative technologies, fosters global citizenship, preparing every child to navigate the challenges of today’s dynamic society, excel in higher education and stand out in their careers.
“As educators, it’s essential for us to meet students where they are, and in today’s digital world, that means speaking their language,” explained Mrs Angela Henderson, principal of Lower School at OWIS Digital Campus. “By embracing digital tools and techniques, we create an environment where learning becomes interactive, engaging, and most importantly, relevant to the lives of our students.”
A digital library, Macbook-enabled IT Lab and smart classroom capabilities further enhance this digital learning environment, immersing your child in a futuristic education setting.
OWIS maintains a 30 per cent nationality cap, ensuring a diverse environment where peers from different backgrounds engage in lively discussions, expanding your child’s global understanding and appreciation for interconnectedness.
SPACES TO SUPPORT INNOVATIVE LEARNING

At OWIS Digital Campus, every child will find their creativity and curiosity nurtured through innovative and exploratory areas. From vibrant play gardens to modern sports facilities and gymnasiums, the environment is designed to inspire and embrace the concept of “limitless learning”.
The campus features 22 skills studios and 41 shared studios that integrate different subjects like arts, science, engineering and humanities. These creative spaces include science labs, maker spaces as well as language, art, design and drama studios. Here, students find inspiration to pursue their interests in STEM subjects, robotics and both performing and visual arts, supported by modern facilities designed to foster well-rounded development.
For younger students, the Lego room and adventure-themed playgrounds are particularly engaging. Elements like open slides, spacewalk climbers and stepping pods encourage them to strengthen their faculties and problem-solving skills.
NEXT-LEVEL MULTIPURPOSE FACILITY

A standout feature of the Digital Campus is the 1,500-seat auditorium, Quantum Arena, which offers a distinctive experience for indoor athletics and school events. Imagine your child making use of the unique Active Field Control technology for on-stage presentations or music concerts. The immersive audio-visual experience also offers students a prime opportunity to refine their public speaking skills.
Additionally, the versatile Black Box Theatre, equipped with top-quality sound and light technology, provides a fantastic stage for plays, dance recitals and more, creating a dynamic atmosphere for performances.
Soon, the school will introduce Sports Performance Enhancing Data Analytics System technology in the multipurpose Quantum Arena, which will also serve as an indoor sports space, revolutionising student-level sports training and enhancing the overall athletic experience.
HOLISTIC WELLNESS

At OWIS, students are nurtured to embody values like kindness and compassion in their daily lives, ensuring a values-based environment.
Primary students participate in the Mindfulness Programme, which introduces them to self-awareness and emotional regulation. From Grade 6 onwards, secondary students join the Personal, Social, Health and Economic Programme, where each student is paired with a mentor advisor, who is also a teacher. These advisors serve as the main contact for parents regarding academic progress and overall development, providing personalised insights during parent-teacher conferences, complementing input from subject teachers.
Said Mrs Henderson: “Whether it’s understanding academic concepts, experimenting in a laboratory, practising on stage or creating art, OWIS fosters an environment where students can push the boundaries of their knowledge and creativity, leading to endless opportunities for growth and innovation.”
The school operates in a sustainable environment, using efficient technologies to reduce its carbon footprint. Moving forward, OWIS aims to meet 15 per cent of its energy needs through solar power.
After a day at OWIS, students return home having experienced an educational journey tailored to meet the challenges of tomorrow. From engaging in innovative learning environments to fostering cultural awareness, OWIS ensures that each child blossoms in today’s globally connected world, and is one step closer to becoming tomorrow’s leader.
